For the third year in a row, AEW is gearing up to shed some Blood & Guts in the namesake match…and a new report from Fightful Select has indicated just when and where the company looks to hold it.
According to the report, the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts is being discussed as the venue, which would place the date as July 19 as this will be when AEW is in town.
There are still discussions being made as to who will be in the match, with the frontrunners being the Blackpool Combat Club and The Elite, along with the possibility of The Outcasts going up against the “AEW Originals.”
The match was originally pitched in 2020 with the idea being The Elite taking on The Inner Circle, but the COVID-19 pandemic scrapped those plans entirely. The first Blood & Guts match would end up taking place in 2021, with The Pinnacle defeating The Inner Circle.
