Two women with quite the history in recent years are Bayley and Mercedes Mone (formerly Sasha Banks)…and Bayley has made it clear how much she’d love to get back in the ring with her fellow former Women’s Tag Team Champion.
In a recent interview with Gorilla Position, Bayley expressed a great interest when asked about Mone possibly returning to WWE, even saying she begs Mone “everyday” for it before stating:
“It doesn’t matter where it is or it doesn’t matter how it happens, I would love to one day step back in the ring with her. Whether it’s teaming with her, whether it’s against her, but right now, I just want…whatever she needs to accomplish her dreams, accomplish her goals. I’m just happy to see her happy.”
Mone has been sidelined since sustaining an injury at NJPW Resurgence on 5/21, whereas Bayley will be part of the women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match at the Premium Live Event of the same name, taking place Saturday, July 1 at the O2 in London, England.
