According to PWInsider Elite, WWE officials are said to be “absolutely thrilled” with The Judgment Day appearing on this past Tuesday night’s NXT. The report also the group is internally credited with helping to increase the NXT viewership over the past few weeks.
Dominik Mysterio defeated Wes Lee to win the NXT North American Championship on this past Tuesday night’s show
PWInsider further notes that Mysterio will indeed be bringing the NXT North American Title Belt to Raw. However as of this writing, it is not known if he will defend the title on Monday nights. The report concluded by saying that there are currently plans in place for members of The Judgment Day to appear regularly on NXT programming for at least a month.
Dominik is set to defend the North American Championship against Mustafa Ali at the Great American Bash on Sunday, July 30.
According to Wrestlenomics, Tuesday night’s NXT, drew 746,000 viewers on the USA Network, with a 0.21 rating in the key demographic.
