The following news is from Wednesday night’s AEW Dyamite.

Former STARDOM talent “The Glamour” Mariah May is All Elite

She made her debut during a promo segment that took place backstage with RJ City. She said that she is a big fan of RJ City, specifically with the work he had done with Toni Storm.

AEW CEO, President and General Manager Tony Khan confirmed the signing on social media.

The 25-year old May is a former one-time Goddess of Stardom Champion. She also spent time in Revolution Pro Wrestling.

Samoa Joe vacates the ROH World TV Championship

Samoa Joe announced that he was relinquishing the ROH World TV Championship, ending the longest-reign in the title’s history at 575 days. Joe said that he is going after the AEW World Championship.

The Devil and the Assailants attack the World Trios Tag Team Champions

In the main event, Jay White defeated Mark Briscoe to keep his title shot against MJF at the Full Gear PPV. The camera cut backstage, showing a masked group of individuals attacking The AEW Acclaimed. Bowens was thrown through a glass window. The Devil then appeared on the screen, and MJF quickly ran to the backstage area. Samoa Joe then walked up and said MJF is running out of friends.

Back on the November 1 episode of Dynamite, MJF teamed up with The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn in a big eight-man tag team match.

The Devil character and the assailants as they are being called, first appeared back on the September 27 episode of Dynamite, attacking Jay White.
