IMPACT Wrestling reportedly offered “seven-figure level contract” to Will Ospreay

PWInsider has reported that Will Ospreay had a very generous offer from IMPACT Wrestling at one point.

According to the report, a source from within the company noted the offer was a “seven-figure level contract,” likely the largest one for a contract made to a wrestler since Anthem acquired IMPACT.

Ospreay cut a promo in the ring during Bound For Glory weekend, stating that he wanted to compete in a TNA ring.

Negotiations between Ospreay and other promotions ultimately led to the current IWGP United States Heavyweight Champion signing with AEW pending his New Japan contract finishing up in February 2024, with the announcement made at the Full Gear pay-per-view on 11/18.
