Following a report on the situation regarding Jey Uso’s usage of the word “Yeet” and its subsequent trademark complication, it would appear as though the word is back in play.
Per Fightful, documents involving the trademark filing by Kassey Huffman show that the application is currently suspended, as of October 2022.
For his part, Uso appeared to celebrate the update on social media in a suitable fashion:
The trademark application is now listed as “DEAD APPLICATION Refused Dismissed or Invalidated.”
