Seth Rollins to address his future as World Heavyweight Champion on WWE Raw

WWE announced during Friday’s episode of SmackDown that Seth Rollins will kickoff this Monday’s WWE Raw to provide an update on his knee injury and also address his future as the World Heavyweight Champion.

During his title defense against Jinder Mahal on the 1/15 episode of Raw, Rollins tore his MCL and also partially tore his meniscus.

Reports had indicated that he may have injured his left leg late in the match. The belief is that Rollins tweaked his leg after hitting Mahal with a lionsault. Reports further noted that backstage Rollins was able to walk on his own, but seen with a definite limp.

Previously announced for Monday’s show will also feature the following:

-CM Punk and Cody Rhodes face-to-face

-Damian Priest vs. Drew McIntyre

-Chad Gable vs. Ivar

-Ivy Nile vs. Valhalla

Monday’s Raw, which takes place from the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, LA is the go-home for next Saturday’s Royal Rumble.

We will have live coverage of this Monday’s WWE Raw, beginning at 8:00 pm ET.
