Cody Rhodes finished his story at WWE WrestleMania 40 Night Two!
Rhodes pinned Roman Reigns to become the new Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.

John Cena makes his way to the ring to a HUGE OVATION! Sikoa took Cena out late last year. Cena punches away at Sikoa and clotheslines him over the top rope. Cena hits Reigns with an Attitude Adjustment. Cena quickly gets out of the ring and clears the commentary table. Cena hits Sikoa with an AA through the table!
“IF YA SMELL WHAT THE ROCK IS COOKIN’!”
“The Final Boss” The Rock, a ghost of John Cena’s past, makes his way to the ring! Cena gets in the ring to meet one of the greatest rivals of his career. The crowd is absolutely buzzing and chanting, “Holy shit!” Cena removes his shirt and goes face-to-face with The Great One. Much like The Rock did with Hulk Hogan years ago, they go back and forth looking at the crowd. The Rock then drops Cena with a Rock Bottom!
All of a sudden, The Shield’s music hits! What is going on? The Rock is confused. Seth Rollins, dressed in Shield gear, is sneaking up behind The Rock with a steel chair, but Roman Reigns runs in and drops him with a Superman Punch before he can do anything. The Rock shouts at Rollins and stalks Rhodes with the weightlifting belt that says, “Mama Rhodes.”
THE BELL TOLLS!
The lights go out. When the come back on, The Undertaker is standing behind The Rock! The Undertaker drops his old Attitude Era rival with a massive Chokeslam! The lights go out, and Undertaker disappears! The Rock is also gone!
The Mama Rhodes belt is left in the ring. Reigns is up in the ring and has a steel chair. Rollins pulls himself up to his feet with his back to Reigns. Reigns smashes the chair into Rollins’ back like Rollins did to him years ago. Reigns charges for a Spear, but Rhodes kicks him. Rhodes hits a Cross Rhodes and pulls him up for a second Cross Rhodes. Rhodes pulls him up and connects with a third Cross Rhodes! Rhodes covers 1… 2… 3!! THE STORY IS FINISHED!!
