WWE President registers to sell all of his TKO stock

According to a new Security and Exchange filing by TKO on Friday, WWE President Nick Khan registered to sell all of his 234,424 shares of his TKO stock, which includes 180,530 Class A common stock.

The following is from the TKO SEC filing:

Khan is listed as having 53,894. The 234,424 shares includes 180,530 shares of Class A common stock issuable upon conversion of a portion of restricted stock units held by Mr. Khan that do not vest within 60 days of the date hereof.

Nick Khan joined WWE back in 2020. It has already been speculated that Khan registering to sell all the shares of his TKO stock, may have to do with him being named in the Janel Grant lawsuit, or that he will be exiting WWE.

Former WWE CEO and Chairman Vince McMahon recently registered to sell all of his remaining TKO stock.
