Fightful Select has reported that the working relationship between AEW and Ric Flair appears to have come to an end.
The WWE Hall of Famer has not appeared on AEW programming since Revolution, when he was involved in Sting’s final match in pro wrestling.
In addition to the company not having creative plans for Flair, it appears the sponsorship deal with Wooooo! Energy Drink has also ended.
The report comes after two incidents involving Flair, one involving a Gainesville restaurant and the other stemming from remarks involving the Who Killed WCW? docuseries on VICE.
