Fightful Select has provided some backstage news from Wednesday’s (7/24) episode of AEW Dynamite – Blood & Guts.
-Dean Malenko narrated the video package for the Blood & Guts Match. The surgery that he underwent last year with his Parkinson’s, per many is said to have made him a “new man.” It is also said that he is very loved backstage.
-Kamille’s surprise appearance was kept very quiet. Fightful Select again confirmed that she has been under contract with AEW since this past February.
-At one point, Team Elite was booked to win Blood & Guts, but that of course changed, as Team AEW was victorious.
-With Wednesday’s Blood & Guts, AEW out-sold their last Dynamite held at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville.
