According to a report from the Mat Men podcast and F4WOnline, AEW pay-per-view events will begin streaming on the Warner Bros Discovery owned MAX streaming service beginning in January.
Dave Meltzer notes in his report that the AEW PPV’s streaming on MAX is part of the new media rights package with WBD.
Puck, which is a subscription-based sports and entertainment publication, reported back on September 17, a new WBD/AEW media rights deal could be announced next week. During a recent appearance on Busted Open Radio, Tony Khan would not confirm Puck’s report, but did say that he is certain AEW programming will be on TBS and TNT for a long time.
It was also noted in the report that AEW PPV’s would still be available to order on other platforms.
