Brodie Lee Jr., the son of the the late Jon Huber who wrestled as Luke Harper in WWE and Brodie Lee in AEW, made his in-ring debut at the GCW Cluster Battle Royal on Saturday, as part of Joey Janela’s Spring Break event.
Lee Jr. was not only the final surprise entrant in the Battle Royal, but also was the winner of the match.
Just as Janela and Megan Bayne were about to hit Man Like DeReiss with chairs TNA’s Chris Bey’s music hit and he came out on the entranceway. Bey teased getting in the ring, but then pointed to Lee Jr. instead.
Lee Jr., along with DeReiss hit superkicks on Janela and Bayne. Lee Jr. got distracted and did not see DeReiss get eliminated leaving him in the ring with Janela and Bayne.
As Bayne held Lee Jr., Janela then got a chair and tossed it at him, but Lee Jr, ducked and it hit Bayne instead. Lee Jr. then pushed Janela into Bayne sending her over the top rope and to the floor for the elimination. The finish saw Lee Jr. get up Undertaker-style after being hit with a death valley driver by Janela, with Lee Jr. hitting Janela with a stunner that sent him over the top rope and onto the floor for the win.
