Deadline has reported that Roman Reigns is among those in talks to star in Legendary’s live-action Street Fighter movie, based on the Capcom video games.
Other names being eyed for the picture include Andrew Koji, Jason Momoa, and Noah Centineo.
The film, co-developed and co-produced by Legendary and Capcom, is currently set to be directed by Kitao Sakurai, who inherited the project from Danny & MIchael Philippou.
The upcoming film marks the latest live-action film for the franchise, following the 2009 feature-length film Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li and the 2010 short film Street Fighter: Legacy.
Reigns has been off WWE programming since the Raw after WrestleMania 41, when he and CM Punk were attacked by Bron Breakker prior to the latter joining forces with Paul Heyman and Seth Rollins.
