PWInsider reached out to the Orange County Sheriff’s office in Florida and received a statement as it pertains to an individual that was arrested for stalking Liv Morgan.
The suspect, now identified as Shawn Chan was arrested at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida on Tuesday night. Morgan did not appear on the show and it still unclear if she was backstage.
PWInsider also notes the following in their report:
-Chan is listed as 41-years old and originally from Hong Kong, but now making his residence in Florida.
-The arrest report lists the time of arrest at 22:49 (10:49 PM Eastern) and indicates the officer’s body camera was active at the time of the arrest.
-There is no reference to any alleged stalking or a fight on WWE Performance Center property.
The official statement from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office is below:
“On June 3, 2025, at approximately 11:30 p.m., deputies made contact with Shawn Chan outside of the WWE Performance Center located at 5055 Forsyth Commerce Rd.
Chan had an outstanding warrant for burglary from the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office.
Chan was placed under arrest and booked into the Orange County Jail.
We have no details whatsoever about the Pasco County case, so you will need to reach out to that agency for more information.”
At the time of PWInsider’s report, Chan remains incarcerated in Orange County Jail in Orlando, Florida.
Furthermore, PWInsider states sources within WWE, speaking on condition of anonymity confirmed there was a second arrest on Tuesday night at the Performance Center. It was added this additional arrest was not done by local authorities, but a much larger arresting agency.

According to NaJee of the Wrestling Heroes and Insiders Wrestling Podcast and then later collaborated by Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, a stalker of Liv Morgan was arrested Tuesday night outside of the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.
NaJee also notes that multiple bags of evidence were taken in by police officers, while Sapp indicated that WWE had been made aware of the situation and called in the authorities.
More details regarding the incident is still unknown at this time. However, according to The Takedown on SI, a suspect is said to be in police custody.
At the time of this report, there is no confirmation from the Orlando Police Department or the Orange County Sheriff’s Department of an arrest. Morgan did not appear on Tuesday night’s NXT and it is unclear if she was backstage at the show.
