Orlando, Florida-based actress Julia Reilly, who played Claire Lynch in TNA Wrestling has passed away. According to PWInsider, it is believed she passed away in April.
Dave Meltzer at the Wrestling Observer notes that her body was discovered at home after she failed to show up for a scheduled event. Both Meltzer and PWInsider indicated at this time it is believed she died of natural causes.
Reilly debuted the Claire Lynch character in 2012 in TNA, which was part of a storyline with Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian, where AJ Styles was said to have had an affair with her and supposedly got her pregnant.
PWInsider notes that Reilly quit playing the character when she began dealing with real-life targeted abuse from fans online. TNA Wrestling made an attempt to bring her back for one final appearance, however, she refused the offer.
