WWE referee Charles Robinson posted to Instagram that he was treated for a bat bite at the hospital emergency room overnight.
The 61-year old Robinson noted he spent four-hours in the hospital and required six shots.
“Great way to start the morning. 2:00am and got bit by a bat,” Robinson wrote. “That’s right a bat! 4 hours later in the ER and six shots. #animalattacks #hospital”
At the time of this writing, it is unclear if Robinson will miss this Friday’s SmackDown at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts.
