Son of Hulk Hogan suing Bubba The Love Sponge to stop release of documentary

According to TMZ Sports, Nick Hogan, son of the late WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan, is suing radio personality Bubba The Love Sponge (real name Todd Alan Clem).

The report notes Nick’s lawsuit, which was filed in Federal Court in Florida is over Sponge indicating later this month, he is going to release “Video Killed The Radio Star: The Untold Story Of The Hulk Hogan Sex Tape Scandal.” Nick claims Sponge is infringing on his dad’s copyrights and trademarks. The suit seeks to block the release of the documentary and for other unspecified damages.

Nick states in his lawsuit, the documentary promises to tell the real story of Hulk having sex with Sponge’s then wife, Heather Clem was leaked to the media. In addition, Nick notes the documentary also includes unauthorized images from the sex tape and Nick is also alleging footage has already been made public in a recently released trailer.

Furthermore, Nick says releasing the documentary would violate the settlement agreement Sponge and Hulk entered into over the sex tape back in 2012. Details from the settlement have been redacted in the lawsuit.

Hogan (real name Terry Bollea), passed away back on July 24 at the age of 71, from a heart attack. It has been previously reported that Sky Daily, the widow of Hogan is planning to sue doctors for what could be possible medical malpractice that resulted in her husband’s death.

Sky said Hogan’s phrenic nerve, which controls the ability to breathe was ‘compromised’ during the operation this past May, leaving him with breathing difficulties.
