Report on updates to WWE post-Christmas schedule, going head-to-head with AEW

According to reports by F4WOnline and Wrestlevotes, WWE will not be holding their annual day after Christmas event at Madison Square Garden this year. It was noted that it is likely do to the fact that WWE is holding Raw on Monday, November 17 at the venue, which is the final appearance at MSG for John Cena as an active wrestler.

In the same reports, it is being said that as of now, WWE does not plan on going head-to-head with AEW’s pay-per-view events for the remainder of the year after next Saturday’s Wrestlepalooza, which starts an hour after AEW’s All Out PPV event, which has a revised start time of 3:00 pm ET. It initially was set to begin at 8:00 pm ET before WWE revealed their Wrestlepalooza PLE on the same day at 7:00 pm ET.

As of this writing, AEW AEW has three pay-per-view events left for the year, after All Out, which is WrestleDream on October 18, Full Gear on November 22 and Worlds End on the 27th of December. All three shows will be held on Saturdays.
