The Giant says he was thinking about how it would feel like for Hogan to ride in the back of an ambulance. He put his hands around Hulk’s neck and Hogan is not the one true immortal. He is the one true immortal. He says if his father was still alive today, he would be right beside him in wanting to destroy Hogan. He wants Hogan to think about what happened to him.

Winners: New WCW Tag Team Champions, The American Males
Roy’s thoughts: Surprising match with the new Tag Team champions. You could tell in this match that Booker T was the more athletic of the two. You don’t see tag title matches like this being defended at the last minute.
-Commercial Break-
Okerlund is in the ring and he introduces Ric Flair to the ring. Out comes Flair in a robe and gets in the ring. He tells Okerlund that Arn Anderson broke the code. They could feud among themselves but he brought an outsider into the forbidden land. He says they are the horsemen. And now Arn has broken the code twice, he brought the behind the scenes stuff up front and brought in an outsider.
He tells Pillman that tonight, he is going to chop him so hard. Flair begins to strut and he tells Arn Anderson that he is going to find him and he is going to kick his ass.

Winner: Paul Orndorff
Roy’s thoughts: Not the best match, I forgot Paul Orndorff even had a match here. This felt like a match between two generations for some reason. Orndorff was a bit slow here while Badd was more energetic.
We cut to the announce team and we see clips of the Macho Man Randy Savage working out on a bench at a beach in between Baywatch takes. One of his spotters is Kevin Sullivan who begins to attack Macho Man.
Back in the ring, Okerlund introduces “Macho Man” Randy Savage to the ring. Savage tells Flair “Thanks but no thanks. Don’t even care” about Flair trying to help him. Savage tells Okerlund to destroy a snake, you take it’s head off and he will take Sullivan’s head off and destroy him.
Savage says he doesn’t know if Hogan is in the hospital right now or at home. But he knows that the strong survive and no one is stronger than Hulk Hogan. But Hogan is not a good judge of character. Luger had a personal agenda and he cheap shotted Savage at War Games just like Savage said he would.
Okerlund says he asked a lot of the wrestlers backstage and they said that the cheap shot was not intentional. Savage asks him who he asked, if he asked Jimmy Hart and Sting. Savage says he is drawing a line in the sand. You are either with him or against him. And if you are with him, it will be really cool. But the next time there is a Dungeon of Doom, there will be three new members. Lex Luger, Sting and Jimmy Hart.
Out comes Lex Luger and he gets in the ring. Luger tells Savage that he is making strong statements. Luger asks why is Savage so wound up. Could it be jealousy? Could it be that Savage also wants to be the WCW World Heavyweight Champion? Savage tells Luger that he has the guts to tell him right now that Luger has a good point. He does want to be Champion and he will be Champion. He tells Luger that Luger cheap shotted him at War Games. Luger says he is sick and tired of playing with kids and he wants to take on the big boys.
Savage says there is no bigger boy than Savage. All there is missing is a bell and Savage says ding ding. Okerlund breaks it up.
Roy’s thoughts: I liked this between Randy Savage and Lex Luger. Savage was a top star and bringing in someone like Luger, you want to have him in a storyline with a star.

Pillman to the ropes and both men with a shoulder tackle.
Both men with chops and Flair with a back drop. Flair with the Figure Four Leg Lock and Pillman taps out.
Winner: Ric Flair
Roy’s thoughts: This wasn’t a bad match. Three matches on Nitro’s, all short one’s. Flair’s promo after was short but sweet.
He gets on the microphone after the match. Flair tells Arn Anderson that if not tonight, next Monday night on Nitro, he will get his ass kicked by the Nature Boy.
-Commercial Break-
We cut to the announce team who talk about Hogan’s title reign and Ric Flair wanting to face Arn Anderson. Bischoff thanks everyone for watching and Nitro goes off the air.
Roy’s thoughts: No Hulk Hogan or Sting but it still had Randy Savage, Lex Luger and Ric Flair. And we had new Tag Team champions. This was a good show.
