WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton provided an injury update during her appearance on the most recent Going Ringside podcast.
“Physically, I’m okay. Obviously, on that moonsault, it was a little bit of a rough landing. However, I was fine. I think it was just more precautionary and kind of just monitoring and seeing if anything was bad about the fall. But for the most part, I’m doing good. I’m great.”

During her title match against Jade Cargill on the September 12 episode of SmackDown, Stratton hit her head on floor after attempting a moonsault. The finish of the match then resulted in a double count-out. Stratton had been scheduled to compete on the following week on the NXT Homecoming special. However, General Manager Ava later announced that Stratton was not medically cleared and was replaced by Lyra Valkyria instead.
Stratton is scheduled to defend the WWE Women’s Championship against Cargill and Nia Jax in a three-way match on this Friday’s SmackDown.
