UPDATED: Former women’s champion injured at WWE Supershow in Japan

According to F4WOnline, Rhea Ripley has suffered a broken nose during the Women’s World Championship Fatal Four-Way Match in Japan.

Former WWE World Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley was injured during the Supershow held in Tokyo, Japan at Ryogoku Kokugikan Sumo Arena.

Rhea was part of a Women’s World Championship Fatal Four-Way Match with Raquel Rodriguez, IYO, challenging current WWE Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer.

According to several media outlets, including The Big Lead, Ripley’s injury happened during a spot in the match where Rodriguez tossed SKY out of the ring and into Rhea, who made a failed attempt at catching SKY, thus ending up with a bloodied nose. It was also added that after being examined at ringside by WWE’s medical team, Rhea was helped to the back.
