WWE’s Big E posted a video message on his Instagram announcing that he is donating his profits he makes from Cameo, to those who will be affected by the loss of SNAP benefits due to the government shutdown.
Big E specified Cameo agreed to reduce its standard service fee of 30 percent to five percent, ensuring 95 percent of all the funds raised will go directly toward hunger relief efforts. He also said he will continue to donate his profits to hungry families even after the government re-opens.
Big E specifically noted to book him @cameo to support @FeedingAmerica and food banks across the country.
Should the government not re-open before November 1, 42 million Americans that rely on the SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program), are temporarily set to lose those benefits.
