WWE posted a video on social media of Jade Cargill’s family watching on as she defeated Tiffany Stratton at Saturday Night’s Main Event to become the new WWE Women’s Champion.
The win marks Cargill’s first singles title in WWE, following a reign as Women’s Tag Team Champion alongside Bianca Belair.
The title change marks the end of a 302-day reign for Stratton, who won the belt in January off a successful Money in the Bank cash-in on Nia Jax.
