NXT wrestler Brinley Reece (real name Breanna Ruggiero), has announced on Instagram, her departure from WWE.
The 25-year-old Ruggiero notes her departure is due to navigating through personal health challenges, followed by a serious injury which required surgery. She underwent shoulder surgery in May 2024 and last wrestled in March of that same year.
Ruggiero initially signed with WWE in 2022 after the tryouts during SummerSlam Weekend in Nashville, Tennessee. She then made her in-ring debut in September 2023. She was a cheer captain at Sacramento State and also has a background in acrobatics.
