WWE News Bits: Update on the next SNME; NFL legend in talks for WrestleMania 42 appearance

According to a new report from WrestleVotes, the next episode of WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event is currently scheduled to take place on May 23. The location has not yet been confirmed, but the report notes that Nashville, Tennessee is being considered.

Saturday Night’s Main Event is broadcast live on Peacock in the United States and Netflix for international fans.

WrestleVotes also reported that NFL legend Tom Brady and WWE have been in talks for a possible WrestleMania 42 appearance. It was also said that “logos, specialty merchandise and branding”, containing the terms “T-Bone” and “The Untouchable Tom Brady”, have been worked on within some departments within WWE.

Brady is a minority owner in the Las Vegas Raiders who play at Allegiant Stadium, which will again host WrestleMania for the second straight year. Brad is also has a merchandising deal with Fanatics who partner with WWE.

The report further notes a WrestleMania appearance would not appear to be in-ring related, but a personal appearance. Brady appeared on an past episode of Logan Paul’s IMPAULSIVE to talk about a new Saudi Arabian-backed flag football league he and Paul are both a part of. During his appearance, Brady said that he loves WWE and that is is “cute.” WWE talents Liv Morgan, Randy Orton, CM Punk and Paul Heyman responded in defense of WWE not being what Brady thinks it is.
