Fightful Select has reported that Santos Escobar is set to undergo surgery after aggravating an injury at AAA’s Rey de Reyes event.
The injury, dating back to an NXT live event during Royal Rumble weekend, notably became a torn tricep sustained during the Rey de Reyes tournament final.
