Kevin Knight is the new AEW TNT Champion.
Knight won the title, as he was part of the Casino Gauntlet at Sunday’s Dynasty at Rogers Place in Vancouver, BC to crown a new champion, after the belt was vacated due to Kyle Fletcher suffering a legitimate injury that will keep him out for several months. There is no updates as of yet the exact nature of Fletcher’s injury.
Knight pinned Daniel Garcia after landing on him with a UFO Splash. Knight’s win comes after he, Mike Bailey and Mistico dropped the World Trios Title to The Dogs (David Finlay, Gabe Kidd, and Clark Connors) on AEW Saturday’s Collision, which was taped following Wednesday’s live Dynamite.
