IMPACT has reportedly rejected current star’s request for release

Lady Frost reportedly wants out of her current IMPACT Wrestling deal.

Per Fightful Select, sources within IMPACT Wrestling have confirmed that the company has rejected Lady Frost her request to be released.

Frost requested her release from the promotion this past June. Frost has not wrestled for IMPACT since the Multiverse of Matches back on April 1. She is current under a pay-per-performance deal with the company, and has not been paid for the months she has been away.

The report from Fightful also notes Frost informed IMPACT management that she required a medical procedure, but was still booked for the TV tapings in Dallas during WrestleMania 38 weekend. She revealed through social media back on April 20 that she would need to have “minor surgery” in May. Frost says IMPACT “left her in the dark” regarding her status while she was out recovering from her surgery

The report also notes that Frost has reportedly made it known that she wants out of IMPACT. It is being said she has even contacted Anthem Sports and Entertainment President and CEO Leonard Asper. It is believed to have two years left on her deal.

Frost has also reportedly said that due to unpaid travel, accommodation, and other expenses, it “effectively was costing her money” to work at the IMPACT TV tapings.
