The new era continues tonight on IMPACT!

X-Division Champion Taiji Ishimori & Grand Champion Matt Sydal def. AAA Latin American Champion El Hijo Del Fantasma & Rohit Raju

Former X-Division champion Sonjay Dutt joins Josh Mathews on commentary tonight. Rohit Raju, formerly Hakim Zane is making his debut under a new name. Raju hits a big suicide dive on Sydal. Fantasma attempts Thrill of the Hunt on Ishimori but he counters and follows up with a huge Moonsault off the second rope to the outside. Sydal and Ishimori hits in-sync kicks to Raju but Fantasma breaks up the pin attempt with a boot to Sydal’s face. Fantasma and Raju hit Sydal with a modified GTS for a near fall. Ishimori hits Raju with the double knees, Sydal follows up with the Shooting Star Press to win. After the match, Fantasma shakes hands with Sydal and Ishimori.

Austin Aries is interviewed by the press after returning last week to defeat Eli Drake for the Global Championship. Aries says he hasn’t signed a contract with IMPACT Wrestling and he’s going to collect championships around the world. Drake interrupts and demands that Aries gives him his title back. Aries grants Drake a rematch and we learn that it’s going to take place on next week’s episode of IMPACT!

Cult of Lee (Trevor Lee & Caleb Konley) def. Tech (Monroe & Reed)

Tech is a Florida-based tag team making their first appearance in IMPACT Wrestling. Trevor Lee is wearing LAX’s bandana that he stole from them last week. Konley knocks Monroe off the apron and drags Reed to his side of the ring to continue the beat down. This time, it’s Lee who knocks Monroe off the apron and connects with his signature running kick on the apron. Cult of Lee continues to mock LAX by hitting their signature Spike Piledriver on Reed to win. After the match, LAX appears on the big screen. Konnan warns the Cult of Lee not to mess with LAX!

Backstage, Allie congratulates Kiera Hogan on defeating Laurel Van Ness in a non-title match last week. Allie tells Kiera that she’ll be watching her back when she faces Laurel for the Knockouts title tonight! Allie receives a giant Valentine’s Day card from her secret admirer, telling her to meet them next week on IMPACT!

Backstage, McKenzie Mitchell interviews Moose ahead of his four-way number one contenders match against Johnny Impact, EC3 and Alberto El Patron tonight. Moose talks about not having the chance to compete for the Global championship before and tonight, he’s going to change that.

Laurel Van Ness def. Kiera Hogan to retain the Impact Knockouts Championship

Laurel goes for the Unprettier but Hogan counters into a rollup for a near fall! Laurel regains control with a big kick. Hogan hits a crossbody off the second rope, followed by a superkick but Laurel grabs the bottom rope to break up the pin. Laurel whips Hogan off the ropes, then connects with the Unprettier to retain the Knockouts title. After the match, Laurel continues the attack on Hogan but Allie makes the save! Allie connects with the Codebreaker, sending Laurel retreating up the ramp!

We see mysterious footage on the oVe cam of someone stalking Lashley in a parking lot.

Next week, Brian Cage makes his debut!

McKenzie Mitchell interviews EC3 before tonight’s huge four-way number one contenders match. EC3 says he’s still the best guy in IMPACT Wrestling and tonight, he takes one step closer to becoming a three time Global champion.

Jimmy Jacobs warns Joseph Park that if he doesn’t give him the Monster Abyss, then Jacobs and Kongo Kong will drag the monster out of him!

Matt Sydal wishes Taiji Ishimori luck in his match against Fantasma next week.

We return to the oVe cam when oVe brutally attacks and abducts Lashley!

Hania def. Amber Nova

Hania hits a Samoan Drop to gain control in the early going. Hania delivers a big kick to the the back of Nova’s head for a near fall. Nova drives Hania head first into the corner turnbuckle. Nova goes for a Hurricanrana but Hania counters into a powerbomb! Hania follows up with the reverse DDT to pick up the win.

After the match, Rosemary attacks Hania from behind, looking for revenge from a couple weeks ago in Ottawa! Rosemary goes for Red Wedding but Hania escapes!

Johnny Impact def. EC3, Moose and Alberto El Patron in a No.1 Contendership Match

The bell rings and the brawl immediately spills to the outside! EC3 and Patron form an alliance and begin to wear down Impact and Moose. The alliance between EC3 and Patron eventually disbands as they both try to go for the pin cover. Impact connects with a dropkick on EC3 to turn the tide. Moose hits Impact with a pop-up powerbomb, followed by the bicycle kick to EC3. Patron and Moose fight into the crowd as Patron throws Moose into the steel fencing, injuring him in the process. Impact uses crutches and a garbage bin to attack Patron and EC3! Moose returns to the ring and hits EC3 with a powerbomb while Impact does the same to Patron! Moose attempts Go to Hell but Impact counters into a Hurricanrana! Impact follows up with a swinging neckbreaker on EC3 for a near fall. Patron locks in the Cross Armbreaker on EC3 but Moose breaks it up and clotheslines Patron over the top rope. Moose follows Patron to the outside but pays for it as Patron targets his injured knee. EC3 goes for the One Percenter but Impact counters into a rollup to win the match and become the number one contender!

Next week, the Global Championship is on the line as Eli Drake gets his rematch against Austin Aries. Don’t miss it!
