Video: Impact Wrestling returning to The Asylum in Nashville on January 6 for live PPV

As noted in Josh Boutwell’s Bound for Glory PPV recap last night, Impact Wrestling has uploaded a new video (above) announcing a return to The Asylum in Nashville.

Impact will be presenting a live Pay Per View, Homecoming, on January 6 from the Nashville Fairgrounds. This was the previous home for TNA from 2002-2004.

The Asylum was the long-time host for TNA Wrestling events under the previous regime owned by Panda Energy and fronted by then President Dixie Carter. The company presented weekly Wednesday night Pay Per View events for over two years in the location before moving all TV tapings and PPV events to Universal Studios in Orlando in late 2004.
