Impact Wrestling announces the signing of former WWE and ROH star

Former WWE and ROH star signs with Impact Wrestling

Impact Wrestling announced on Twitter and their website Monday the company has signed Tenille Dashwood (formally Emma in WWE).

Dashwood signed a developmental contract with WWE in 2011.  In August 2012, she made her debut in NXT going by her new in-ring name of Emma.

Dashwood made her debut on the main roster as Emma during the January 13, 2014 episode of Monday Night RAW.

On October 29, 2017, WWE announced that Dashwood had been released her from contract.

During Ring of Honor’s Honor Reigns Supreme show, Dashwood (under her real name) was introduced as the newest member of the company’s Women of Honor Division, and the 16th and final entrant in the Women of Honor Tournament to crown the first-ever ROH Women of Honor World Champion.

During an April 2019 episode of Ring of Honor Television, Bully Ray put Dashwood through a table backstage, which was a storyline to write her off ROH television.

Dashwood announced on March 31, 2019 she was officially a free agent, thus not choosing to re-sign with Ring of Honor.

Impact announced the following on their website regarding the signing of Dashwood:

IMPACT Wrestling is proud to announce that Tenille Dashwood has signed to be our newest Knockout and addition to the roster. Tenille will make her IMPACT debut in Mexico City, Mexico on August 15th and August 16th.
