Impact World Champion Brian Cage undergoing stem cell treatment for injured back

Brian Cage injured

Impact World Champion Brian Cage took to Instagram today to address his title reign thus far.

Cage mentioned that he knows people are disappointed with his inactive title reign so far, no one more than him. Cage has been dealing with a back injury since April when he injured it in the match against Johnny Impact where he captured the title. The injury occurred taking a Spanish Fly onto the floor.

Cage is currently undergoing stem cell treatments to his back at bioXcellerator in Colombia. WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash recently underwent stem cell therapy. Nash gave the company credit for feeling the best he’s felt in years.

On behalf of the staff of Wrestleview, we would like to wish Brian Cage a speedy recovery.

I know many might be upset with my inactive title reign. Trust me, no one is more disappointed than me. Right when I reach the top of the iceberg I’m dealt with nothing but set back after set back due to injury. Everytime I try to push through, I get another set back. This is not the champion I wanted to be. I wanted to be a fighting champion, not a once in a while attraction you’d see else where. And I’ve done everything possible to heal and recover, and in a timely manner. And that’s why I’m in Colombia seeking the world’s best stem cell therapy from @bioxcellerator_. I’m not gonna stop and to quote another machine, “I’ll be back.” #machine #machine2.0 #swolverine #impactwrestling #wolrdchamp #ageofcage #weaponx
