Taya Valkyrie finishes up with IMPACT Wrestling

During Tuesday night’s episode of IMPACT Wrestling, former Knockouts Champion Taya Valkyrie finished up with the company.

There was a backstage segment in which Taya was revealed as John E. Bravo’s shooter during the wedding angle with Rosemary. As Taya was taken into custody, Acey Romero said to Tommy Dreamer, he wonders where Taya will end up.  Dreamer said to Romero that if she is lucky she is going to Jacksonville State Prison, but if she is not, then she will go to Stamford Correctional for two years, with an option for a third year.  Dreamer then said to trust him, that will change a person altogether.  Romero then said that he hopes Taya doesn’t end up in Baltimore (making reference to Ring of Honor).

According to PWInsider, Taya’s contract with IMPACT expired last month.  However, she stayed to finish up at Hard To Kill and then close out her storyline on IMPACT television.

Taya Valkyrie is currently the longest reigning IMPACT Knockouts Champion in the IMPACT Wrestling history, having held the title for 377 days.

Taya, 37, debuted for IMPACT Wrestling in 2017.  She WWE Superstar John Morrison, married in 2018.
