Former TNA/IMPACT President Dixie Carter took to Twitter earlier on Saturday to comment on Christian Cage winning the IMPACT World Championship on Friday night’s debut episode of AEW Rampage live on TNT.
Cage worked for then TNA Wrestling between 2005 and 2007, and held the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship.
Christian is set to defend the IMPACT World Title against Brian Myers at the Emergence event on Friday, August 20. He will to appear on Thursday’s IMPACT television show.
