The TNA X-Division Match at Sunday’s Bound For Glory with Leon Slater defending against NXT’s Je’Von Evans ended in a 20 minute time-limit draw. This then brought out TNA’s Director of Authority Santino Marella who added an additional 5 more minutes.
During the overrun, the lights went out and NXT’s DarkState came out, attacking both men. This brought on loud boos and then “f— these guys chants from the record setting crowd of 7,794 fans at the Tsongas Center in Lowell, Massachusetts. Furthermore, the finish was not popular with the internet wrestling community either.
The match ended up being declared a no-contest.
