According to Phil Strum of The Poughkeepsie Journal, last night’s Northeast Wrestling event in Poughkeepsie, NY drew one of the largest indy crowds of the year with a sold out show of 1,700 fans at the Civic Center (something TNA has never achieved running the same arena).
Those appearing on the card included Jerry “The King” Lawler, MVP, Matt Hardy, Tommy Dreamer, Sgt. Slaughter and Shane “Hurricane” Helms.
