What inspired you to be a Pro Wrestler?

I don’t know if there was a specific thing that made me go “I want to do
that”. Because when I was little I remember wrestling with my stuffed
animals on my bed. And then as a teenager friends and I body slamming
each other in the living room pretending to wrestle and stuff. I’ve just
always been a fan and the next step to being a fan is doing that activity,
so it was a natural progression.

Favorite Wrestler growing up?

Hulk Hogan was easily my favorite. I liked the Hulkster before I liked
wrestling. As time progressed I really liked Sean Waltman no matter if he
was the 1-2-3 Kid, Syxx, or X-Pac. I really look at him as the guy who
broke the barrier for smaller guys.

Most memorable moment as a wrestler?

I definitely have 2. 1 being booked by TNA for a dark match tryout. It
was an AMAZING experience overall. It just felt so natural. And then the
other was getting to wrestle on WWE tv, even if it was an enhancement
match, it’s still a dream come true.

What the fan’s can expect from you in the Super 8 tournament? I’m not
going to hold back. I’m going to bring it. Expect to see a Bobby Shields
people aren’t used to

Tommaso Ciampa

Hometown – Fighting out of Total Performance Sports in Everett, Mass.

Finisher – Power Bomb into a lungblower and a modified clover leaf

Titles held: Currently TRP Heavyweight champ and UFO cruiserweight champ.
Former CW heavyweight and New England champ

What inspired you to be a Pro Wrestler?

I was a fan since I can remember. As a kid and now as a young adult I
think I have always been drawn to the entire spectacle of professional
wrestling. The fireworks, improv, athleticism, and the larger than life
super heroes.

Favorite Wrestler growing up?

I remember really being invested into Bret Hart – to the point where I
still remember crying when Papa Shango was beating him up on Saturday
Nights Main Event.

Most memorable moment as a wrestler?

Appearing on smackdown as Hassan and Davairi’s lawyer (Thomas Whitney,
esq) and working opposite of the Undertaker. It is a day I will never
forget from being given a backstage tour by Stephanie Mcmahon to receiving
feedback from vince himself to being chokeslammed and tombstoned by one of
the greatest of all time. To this day one of my goals is to gain my
retribution by being the man to end Takers streak at Mania!

What the fan’s can expect from you in the Super 8 tournament?

Fan’s can expect to see me become a star before their eyes. I am ready to
breakout and there is no grander stage than the 15th annual Super 8. Its
time for the wrestling world to recognize project Ciampa as one of the
very best that this business has to offer!

For the first time ever, the ECWA Super 8 Tournament will be streamed LIVE
on iPPV on Go Fight Live at The ECWA Super 8, which will
present its 15th Annual edition on April 30th at the Flyers Skate Zone in
Voorhees, New Jersey, is regarded by many as the number one professional
wrestling tournament and is covered in depth annually by Pro Wrestling
Illustrated (PWI) Magazine
