CHRIS WYLDE CHASES THE MOMENT AS HE GETS HIS ECWA HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH with “GREEK GOD” PAPADON on JULY 16, 2011!!!
“Heart Killer” Chris Wylde competed in the 14th Annual ECWA Super 8 in July 2010. In the quarter finals he defeated Alex Reynolds, however he came up short in the semi-finals against Tommaso Ciampa. In Aug 2010, he defeated Andrew Ryker and Dan Eckos in a 3-Way when he pinned Ryker. Ryker, who won the ECWA Heavyweight Title in Sept 2010, was scheduled to defend against Wylde in Oct 2010. Unfortunately, Ryker had to vacate the title and retire due to injury. Wylde never did get his shot for the Heavyweight Title. Wylde did however go on to win the ECWA Mid-Atlantic Title and has defeated a slew of challengers. In fact, since August of 2010, Chris Wyle has been UNDEFEATED in the ECWA ring and has only lost one match ever in the ECWA. His record stands at 9-1. Chris WILL get his title match for the Heavyweight Title, a dream of his since becoming a professional wrestler, on July 16th against the current champion “Greek God” Papadon! Papadon also worked for years to get to the ECWA and win the Heavyweight Title, though Papdon says the championship was HIS destiny.
