Fresh off The Alliance of Defiance’s “Relaunch” event on June 19th they are back with their controlled version of CWE on Sunday July 24th at 4Play Sports Bar in Winnipeg with Extreme Consequences.The AOD had many surprises in the form of new talent and talent that hasn’t been seen in some time, many changes were made, and there were firings from the ring announcer to one of CWE’s top stars “Hotshot” Danny Duggan. “The Canadian Loose Cannon” TJ Bratt is loving the power he possesses and everyone can be certain it will be thrown around some more on July 24th! Here is some of what can be expected on July 24th!
Extreme Consequences- Danny Duggan’s Job On The Line
“Hotshot” Danny Duggan vs. Former WWE Star & ECW/TNA World Champion RAVEN w/”Canadian Loose Cannon” TJ Bratt
At the AOD’s Relaunch party “Hotshot” Danny Duggan did not take to kindly to being fired by TJ Bratt early on in the evening and violently attacked “The Canadian Loose Cannon” following his match later on. For the first time since Bratt’s invasion a year a go he was assaulted all over 4Play Sports Bar before his AOD buddies could run Duggan off. A furious Bratt claimed that if Duggan wanted to play in his playground there would be consequences, extreme consequences! TJ Bratt made the match on the spot telling Duggan if he wanted to wrestle while he was in control he would have to earn his spot by wrestling and defeating former World champion and one of the most hardcore men to ever step foot in the ring, RAVEN! In the year the AOD have been running rampant over CWE Duggan or anyone else has yet to overcome Bratt’s hurdles. WIth Bratt now having full control and lining up a seemingly impossible task can Duggan overcome the odds and start to build momentum for CWE or will it be another road block and set back for the fan favorite?
Tag Team Showdown
Team Impact w/Lacey vs. Zack Mercury & “The Brickhouse” Paul Arcidi
The former CWE Tag Team champions Team Impact look to get right back in the saddle when they challenge two of the biggest and strongest men in CWE. Fresh off losing their tag team titles to AJ Sanchez & “The Man Beast” RHYNO, Robby Royce and Anderson Tyson Moore will have their work cut out for them when they wrestle the powerhouses in Z-Merc and Arcidi. Merc and Arcidi have both had an amazing amount of singles success in CWE and recently teamed for the first time at Relaunch where they were victorious with relative ease. This first time showdown will be a classic display of speed and agility versus power and brute strength. Team Impact looks to jump right back into contendership while Merc and Arcidi looks to establish a more powerful presence in the tag team division!
AJ Sanchez to announce future plans and partner for the CWE Tag Team titles!
After an impromptu tag match was made at Relaunch with AJ Sanchez teaming with former World champion “The Man Beast” RHYNO and winning the CWE Tag Team titles a decision was made that due to RHYNO not being a regular active member of the roster that Sanchez will be able to select a new tag team partner to defend the tag team titles with. He has made his decision and he will make his announcement at Extreme Consequences!
Also scheduled to appear, CWE Champion Mentallo, 123Approved.ca Open Rules Champion Darren “The Bomb” Dalton Moses Luke, Sabretooth, “Pimp Daddy” Rick Matthews, Tommy Lee Curtis, Tyler Colton, Billy Blaze, Shadow Xtreme, Matt Fairlane, “Big” Cliff Corleone, Brian Rich and many more!
