CHIKARA’s JoshiMania: Aja Kong vs. Meiko Satomura goes down December 3rd!
Two women that have come to represent the undying spirit, work ethic and substance of joshi – Japanese women’s wrestling – will collide, head-to-head for the first time on American soil. Aja Kong, the ace of Oz Academy, and Meiko Satomura, the president of Sendai Girls Pro-Wrestling, will clash when JoshiMania comes to the greater Boston area on Saturday night, December 3rd!
But these two are not the only great competitors we will feature that weekend. Everyone from the legendary Manami Toyota to current CHIKARA star Sara Del Rey will be joining us in Philadelphia (Dec 2), Everett (Dec 3), and New York City (Dec 4) for this once-in-a-lifetime tour, as CHIKARA proudly presents JoshiMania!

The East Coast Wrestling Association (ECWA) Double-header & 1st Annual K-CUP (Kangaroo Cup) Tag Team Tourament will be held at the Boys & Girls Club in Newark, Delaware on Saturday, November 19, 2011. The afternoon card, highlighted with an ECWA Mid-Atlantic Title Match (Chris Wylde defends against Kekoa the Flyin’ Hawaiian) starts at 4PM and the evening K-CUP Tag Team Tournament including an ECWA Heavyweight Title Match (“Greek God” Papadon defends against Chase Del Monte) starts at 7PM.
