Sunday January 22nd, 2012 the Class Act Dinner Theater will once again become home to the hottest indy action in the area, as POWERSLAM WRESTLING is set to debut.
The Main Event is Set
Matt Burns vs Pepper Parks
We have just received word that the main event for POWERSLAM WRESTLING’s inaugural show, This is POWERSLAM has been set as Pepper Parks will take on Matt Burns. Parks, a New York native has competed for the top promotions in world including ECW, WWE & The ECWA’s Super 8, Burns a veteran in his own right, has also competed for top promotions globally including Japan & Ring of Honor. With both men being in the prime of their careers they are looking to use the other as a stepping stone to reach the next level of greatness.
Squaring off in a semi-final match up for the Internet Championship is…
“Psycho” Mike Rollins vs. “The Cock of the Walk” Will Calrissian.
Fresh of his tour with The Wrestling Retribution Project, “Psycho” Mike Rollins arrives in POWERSLAM WRESTLING to go one on one with “The Cock of The Walk” Will Calrissian. Which man will move one step closer to the Internet Championship, we will find out January 22nd.
RJ City vs Asylum
Star of the YTV & BBC show Splatalot, Not to mention Hollywood film Monsters Brawl, RJ City will be looking to expand his entertainment empire when he arrives in POWERSLAM WRESTLING January 22nd, however standing in his way will be the powerhouse Asylum who is looking to put a curtain call to his performance.
Word is, The Grand Wizard jr. has scoured the world looking to obtain the services of the most skilled and dangerous wrestlers this planet has to offer and is bringing them to POWERSLAM WRESTLING in the quest for gold.
Also scheduled are Johnny Wave, Primo Scordino, Kris Chambers & “The Unholy” Ryot w/ The Caesar, a second semi final match for the Internet title and so much more!
