Ring of Honor’s Roderick Strong speaks out on unprotected chair shots to the head in a recent interview recap provided by The Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
“I think it’s something that shouldn’t be completely out of wrestling. You know if it happens at the right time, and right place, and for the right reason I think it should be allowed to happen. I also see where ROH officials are coming from (storyline of fining people for doing them). They’re just looking out for our best interest and sometimes guys get carried away and I understand that. But we all want to be able to go out there and continue to be able to do what we do, and deliver for ROH. The show that ROH is, you can’t be doing that if we are hurt.”
