This edition of “The Pencil” features Dory Funk Jr. and Jerry Brisco taking a look at the Official Record Book of one of the hottest rivalries in wrestling, Funk vs Brisco beginning with Dory Funk Jr. vs Jerry Brisco from a sold out Greensboro Coliseum to Dory Funk Jr vs Jerry Brisco in St. Louis to Funk / Brisco all over the world to the Funks vs The Briscos in a “Lights Out” match in Tampa, Florida.
After agreeing to disagree, Coach Dory Funk and Jerry Brisco perform the Vetting of Funking Conservatory Athletes followed by in ring performances by Cory “Wild” Weston, Jeremy “Rock Star” Spillers, Claudia “The Claw” Reiff, Hollywood Heather, Brian “Hot Shot” Davis, Shane Chung and Jerry Brisco’s Son, Wes Brisco.

More great names and more exciting matches have been signed for Saturday July 7th as the Union of Independent Professional Wrestlers presents REIGN OF TERROR. Already announced: newly-crowned Union Heavyweight champion JOSH ALEXANDER will defend the strap against former Union champ JOHN McCHESNEY in a main event showdown. Also previously announced: Ring of Honor’s newest breakout superstar MICHAEL ELGIN steps into the ring with “The Iron Lion” SEBASTIAN SUAVE.
Joining these two amazing matches on the card, the Union Tag Team champions ETHAN PAGE and JOEY KINGS will make their first defense of the belts against the team of “BALLS OF FURY”, BRENT B and ALEX DEL BRUNO. Brent, the basketball phenom, and Alex, the soccer striker, will combine their multi-sport skills in an effort to upset the cocky champions and their wily manager, MR. MELO.
Also official for July 7th, the Union’s ticking time bomb, ASHLEY SIXX, is set to explode, as he will do battle with “The High Risk Hero” RIP IMPACT in cruiserweight action. Sixx will stop at nothing to get his hands on the Northern Lights Unified Cruiserweight title but Rip is in the hunt for championship gold, too. Its the submission expertise of Sixx versus the aerial offence of Impact. Who will come out on top? Who will take one step closer to the title? Join us at REIGN OF TERROR to find out!
