2. The FBI (Little Guido & Tony Mamaluke) defeated The Blue Meanie & Balls Mahoney with a 2nd rope double Russian legsweep on Meanie.
3. “Pitbull” Gary Wolfe w/Christina Vicious defeated C.W. Anderson with a lariat.
-Reby Sky came out and was introduced as one of the new Queens of Extreme. Homicide came out and had words with Sky. Sky slapped Homicide, who then laid out Sky with the Gringo Cutter. Matt Hardy then ran in to make the save.
4. El Dramaticos defeated BLK OUT (Jeez & Ruckus) with a double stomp.
– After the match, The Gangstas came out and brawled to the back with BLK OUT.
5. Extreme Lucha Libre: Bestia 666 (Damien 666’s son) defeated Pesadilla (Super Crazy’s nephew) with a standing moonsault.
6. Extreme Respect Match: Luke Hawx w/Sylvester Terkay defeated Stevie Richards.
– During the match, The Sandman came out and laid out Terkay.
7. “The Notorious 187” Homicide defeated Devon Storm (aka Crowbar) with the Gringo Cutter.
8. Main Event: Matt Hardy defeated Jerry Lynn with the Twist of Fate.
