6 Man Tag Team Action
UFC Legend & Former NWA World Heavyweight Champion Dan “The Beast” Severn & CWE Tag Team Champions The Big Sexy Beasts vs. The Sons of Anarchy

Two straight months in a row the trio of Billy Blaze, “Big” Cliff Corleone, and “Misfit” Mike Mission have emasculated AJ Sanchez and Kevy Chevy the CWE Tag Team Champions leaving them laying in the middle of the ring at their mercy following a brutal beat down. With Sanchez and Chevy having the reputation of being two of the toughest men in the locker room it appears as the SOA have taken offense and are going above and beyond to show that CWE is their yard and the ones running that yard. The 3 on 2 beat downs are a SOA trade mark so the BSB will even the odds on September 28th when they team with one of the toughest men on the planet, Dan “The Beast” Severn! It is put up or shut up time for the SOA when they collide with 3 of the most feared men in professional wrestling!

The Axe vs. Kevin Cannon’s Mystery Client

Two months ago Kevin Cannon targeted the largest man in all of Canadian wrestling when his mystery client violently attacked the 400 plus pound Axe. The beating was so severe the Axe was not medically cleared to compete in time at last month’s event as scheduled. Months prior The Axe aided Darren Dalton in attack by Cannon and his client and ever since Cannon has had the desire to send a message to Axe for sticking his nose where he didn’t think it belonged. The Axe has been medically cleared and the two men will fight to settle the score on September 28th!

Already announced,

Canadian National champion crowned.

On Saturday, September 8th in Red Deer, Alberta eight champions from across the country competed to determine the best of the best and crown the first National champion in Canadian wrestling history. The matches, held at Festival Hall drew a lively crowd of all ages, produced a new champion.

The roster assembled for the tournament included:
– Mentallo (CNWA Provincial champion), best known for his recent work in Japan for the SMASH promotion, logging nine tours of the far east in the past three years.
– Kyle Sebastian (2011 Cauliflower Alley Club Future Legend award winner)
– Disco Fury (All Star Wrestling cruiserweight champion and Adam Firestorm memorial champion)
– A.J. Sanchez (CWE tag team champion)
– The Mauler (Maniac Wrestling Alliance champion)
– Tyler James (Monster Pro Wrestling champion)
– K.C. Andrews (Big West Wrestling TV champion)
– Bobby Sharp (Pure Power Wrestling champion)

24 year old Bobby Sharp of Sherwood Park survived three matches — against A.J. Sanchez in the opening round, Mentallo in the semi-finals and arch-rival K.C. Andrews in the finals to capture the gold. Sharp, who began wrestling in Edmonton at 14 years old, has maintained one of the most aggressive schedules in Canadian wrestling over the past decade. His title win on Saturday night marked his 90th match in 2012.

“The Lion Warrior” Bobby Sharp made his debut in Edmonton, Alberta on February 23, 2003 at the age of 14 – a member of Monster Pro Wrestling’s first Under 18 division. Over the past nine years, he has travelled across Canada as well as making select appearances in the United States and has wrestled the likes of Jinder Mahal, Roderick Strong, Gangrel, Tito Santana, and NWA World champion Adam Pearce. In addition to his initial training by Canadian veteran Massive Damage, he has been in the ring and learned from Harley Race, Lance Storm, Dan Severn, Phil Lafon, Ricky Steamboat, Les Thatcher and more.

The schedule for the champion is going to get even busier as he has already been sought out for appearances in Vancouver, Kelowna, Edmonton, Lethbridge, Moose Jaw, Winnipeg, Barrie, and has been contacted through the CNWA offices about a 2013 tour of eastern Canada.
