– Roderick Strong is reportedly very upset about everything including the fact that that he is wrestling Tadarius Thomas this weekend while Michael Elgin will be challenging for the ROH World Title. It has always been known that Strong was upset but rumor has it that, even to this day, Truth Martini has been telling Roddy that he would get Elgin’s spot in the main event this Saturday. Now that we are only a few days away, Strong sees that this may not be the case. It is obvious that Truth Martini may not be telling his members the absolute truth in order to keep some kind of temporary peace within the House.
– Adam Cole vs. Eddie Edwards has the potential to be one of the best pure bouts of the year. ROH officials have extended the time limit of this match to 30 minutes!
– “No Fear” Mike Mondo is still not 100% after his hard hitting contest with Davey Richards last week at “Killer Instinct”. Mondo suffered many bruises and an arm injury during the course of the bout and he is still having trouble moving his arm. Regardless, Mondo says that this set back will not keep him from defeating Mike Bennett this weekend and won’t slow him down when giving it to Maria. When asked what “giving it to Maria” meant, Mondo responded with “BOOM!”
– The aftermath of the Kevin Steen/Jay Lethal World Title match from “Killer Instinct” has obviously turned into complete and utter chaos.
– World Champion Kevin Steen has contacted ROH Officials to let them know that he will not be at GLORY BY HONOR this weekend unless certain demands are met. While we do not have details of all his demands we do know that one of them is that he and his S.C.U.M. teammates participate in the pre event autograph signing with Maria Kanellis.
– We are bringing the goods to Pittsburgh on Saturday, November 3rd for our final TV Taping of the 2012! All of the ROH Championships will be on the line and fans can expect a stellar card with big matches and first time encounters. Announced yesterday, it will be Davey Richards vs. Michael Elgin in their highly anticipated rematch from “Showdown in the Sun – Day 2”! Add that to the scheduled TV title match with Kyle “O’Reilly challenging the winner of THIS Saturdays Cole vs. Edwards match and you already have a can’t miss event! – “Caged Hostility” from Charlotte, NC is now available in the ROH Store and it features a Six Man Steel Cage War with The Briscoes & Rhett Titus vs. SCUM that is a must-see main event! In addition, Caprice Coleman & Cedric Alexander face the Bravado Brothers in a fantastic match. The rematch of that tag team encounter is coming up this Saturday at “Glory by Honor XI” and we can’t wait! “Caged Hostility” is a great event from top to bottom and definitely worth checking out.
– This week on “Ring of Honor Wrestling” TV the ROH World Champion Kevin Steen defends against Rhett Titus in a huge main event championship bout! In addition, the “Survival of the Fittest 2012” tournament continues as Davey Richards returns to ROH TV facing “The Prodigy” Mike Bennett and Jay Lethal battles “God’s Gift” QT Marshall in first round matches.
