AWF BREAK OUT TOUR COMES TO WALLSEND
SAT 10 OCTOBER ? 7PM
HUGE INTERNATIONAL CARD!

Fresh of the heels of the excitement of the “Rise Up” Winter Tour comes the next stage of the AWF year as we embark on the “Break Out” Spring Tour. AWF is excited to be returning to Wallsend as part of the tour, and urges local wrestling fans to attend as it will be a fantastic night of first rate family entertainment.
The event will feature the rising stars of the AWF in a variety of different bouts as part of a 6 match, 2 hour plus spectacular.
The main event for the Wallsend stop will be one not to be missed, as Max Comic will face the biggest challenge of his career, as he goes up against direct from the USA, former WWE Smackdown Superstar ?Kizarny? Sinn Bodhi.
Comic, currently one half of the AWF Tag Team Champions, defeated his partner Billy Flyswat for the first round qualifying position in the Australasian Championship tournament at Parramatta on 12 September. Since then Comic has been training harder than ever in preparation for the bout, keeping a strict training regiment and is focused more than ever.
Kizarny comes from the USA looking to stop Max Comic and says he is in Australia to take the Australasian Championship. Bodhi comes straight off the Jim Rose Circus tour in the USA, and his recent battles with Jake ?The Snake? Roberts have been preparing the Carnival Freak for his showdown with Comic and the AWF.
This will be a bout where anything is likely to happen, as we?ll see if Max has what it takes to defeat one of the most dangerous and bizarre wrestlers in the business today. The winner will advance to the semi final of the Australasian Championship Tournament.

In addition to the main event there will be an under 25’s Young Lion’s Championship bout, as Newcastle’s local high flying sensation ?The Aerialist? Adam Hoffman will do battle with current champion Zander Bathory.
Hoffman has been trying to win the Young Lion’s championship for many years now, and it seems that his recent string of wins has him ready for the belt. At the 15 August Wallsend event Hoffman impressed by pinning the much larger Rockafeller with his shooting star press. He aims to do the same to Bathory in frot of his home town fans.
The vampire like Zander Bathory has defeated all comers since wining the title from Hoffman’s former team mate Bluey Bonza back in March, and says ?The Aerialist’s? fate will be the same, and the result will see him fall from grace as another victim of the Bathory’s bite.

In other exciting action TV cult hero ?Iron Jay? Coles will face one half of the AWF Tag Team Champions Billy Flyswat in what should be a fantastic bout pitting two of AWF’s top fan favourites. International action will see the UK’s Adam Danzig will lock up with ?Mint Condition? Mick Moretti, there will be action with local Grant Linstrom, plus another former Australasian Champion, TNT will be in attendance and there will be many surprises on the night.

So get ready wrestling fans, things are going to get really heavy, as AWF gets set for the Spring Break Out Tour. Be there live and support AWF as we return to Wallsend for a huge night of action. Bring the family, tell a friend, don?t miss it!!!

AWF BREAK OUT TOUR COMES TO FAIRY MEADOW
SUNDAY 11 OCTOBER ? 7PM
HUGE INTERNATIONAL CARD!

Fresh of the heels of the excitement of the “Rise Up” Winter Tour comes the next stage of the AWF year as we embark on the “Break Out” Spring Tour. AWF is excited to be returning to Fairy Meadow as part of the tour, and urges local wrestling fans to attend as it will be a fantastic night of first rate family entertainment.
The event will feature the rising stars of the AWF in a variety of different bouts as part of a 6 match, 2 hour plus event.
The main event for the Fairy Meadow stop will be one not to be missed, as local Wollongong Cult TV personality, ?Iron Jay? Coles, will face the biggest challenge of his career, as he goes up against direct from the USA, former WWE Smackdown Superstar ?Kizarny? Sinn Bodhi.
?Iron Jay? Coles has been training harder than ever in preparation for the bout, keeping a strict training regiment and a seafood diet, with a string of recent victories including the Supanova Supa-Tournament, and victory over Jay Law to advance to Round 2 of the Australasian Championship Tournament.
Kizarny comes from the USA looking to stop the wave of momentum Coles has and says he is in Australia to take the Australasian Championship. Kizarny comes straight of the Jim Rose Circus tour in the USA, and his recent battles with Jake ?The Snake? Roberts have been preparing the Carnival Freak for his showdown with Coles.
This will be a bout where we urge the local people to get behind their cities wrestler to see whether he has what it takes to defeat one of the most dangerous and bizarre wrestlers in the business today.
In addition there will be another international bout, as Newcastle’s high flying sensation ?The Aerialist? Adam Hoffman will battle Sheffield England’s Adam Danzig.
Danzig has held Championships across Europe, and is in Australia to try to capture more gold. Hoffman has been on a winning streak as of late, and last time in Fairy Meadow he defeated former Australasian Champion Il Cognito, sending him into asylum. This promises to be another great bout from two world class athletes.

If that’s not enough action there will also be a AWF Tag Team Title defence with The Gosford Giddyups taking on Team Astronomy, a special ladies bout, a rematch from our last event with ?Mint Condition? taking on New Zealand’s Kyle Semenoff, Melbourne’s Krackajack taking on 165kg massive Q, and more action on the night featuring the Freakshow against Frankie Fettucini and Traffic, plus former Australasian Champion TNT will be in attendance.

LIVE PRO-WRESTLING
AWF BREAK OUT TOUR COMES TO ELIZABETH EAST, SA
FRI 16 OCTOBER ? 7PM

AWF is excited to return to South Australia as part of the ?Spring Break Out? tour, and urges all wrestling fans to attend the Eastern Park Wolves Sport & Social Club event as it will be a fantastic night of first rate family entertainment.
The event will feature highly skilled pro-wrestlers in a variety of different bouts as part of a 6 match, 2 hour plus spectacular.
The main event for the Elizabeth event will be one not to be missed, as direct from the USA, former WWE Smackdown Superstar ?Kizarny? Sinn Bodhi will face the returning to action, former 4 time AWF Australasian Champion, TNT.
Kizarny comes to South Australia looking to stop Australia’s most successful wrestler TNT, and says he is going to teach him a trick or two come their bout on 16 October. Bodhi comes straight off the Jim Rose Circus tour in the USA, and his recent battles with Jake ?The Snake? Roberts have been preparing the Carnival Freak for his showdown with TNT and the AWF.
TNT has been out of action since April, after seriously injuring his shoulder in the USA, forcing him to relinquish the AWA and AWF Championships. TNT has been hungry to return to action and says he is using the Elizabeth event as a major test to see if he is indeed ready to return to full time competition.
This will no doubt be a bout where anything is likely to happen, as we?ll see if TNT can successfully return from injury versus one of the most dangerous and bizarre wrestlers in the business today.

In addition to the main event there will be a special SA Vs NSW Challenge bout as the man mountain ?Cannonball? Kris Taylor of SA, takes on the unpredictable ?Spaceboy? Dacey of NSW.
These two individuals both implement a hard hitting style, and in this bout will be fighting for state pride, so it will be sure to be intense.

– TNT gave a promo and thanked all for coming and explained his shoulder injury. He then vacated the Australasian Championship and announced there would be a Tournament for it in stages as part of the Break Out Tour. Harley Wonderland entered and slapped TNT, leading to an attempted second one which TNT spun into a waiting Bombshell Bo to start the next bout.
– Bo wnt on to defeat Wonderland after TNT distracted Harley with the Australasian Title belt and Bo hit a twisting fishermans suplex.
– Massive Q downed Benny Coles after Wonderrland returned and distracted Coles leading to a Q big splash.
– Zander Bathory was counted out in his match against Spaceboy Dacey, thus again holding on to the Young Lion’s Title. Rob Best entered after the bout and “Team Astronomy” nailed Bathory with a double irinagi slam.
– The Giddyups remained Tag Team Champion when they bested Toxin & Rigga Mortis, who call themselves “Pestilence” with a tandem Death Valley Driver.

– In the main event Powerhouse Theo and Mick Moretti put on a great display of back and forth hard hitting pro-wrestling to the crowds enjoyment. After almost 20 minutes of hard and fast action, Moretti failed at a springboard rana off the ropes, and was caught, muscled up, and powerbombed by Theo for the win. After the bout Theo told “Mint Condition” he had earned his respect and the two embraced. Theo thanked fans and invited them to come to the next Wallsend event on 10 November.
– A very good night of AWF, and a nice start at the new venue.

– A Current Affair was on hand to film the show and hilights for a piece on the popularity of “Iron Jay” Coles.
– A highly competitive opening bout saw Hoffman pushed from the top rope by Wonderland as he was going for the shooting star, leading to a Q splash and the win. After the bout Freakshow members came to the ring and Wonderland said Q should have been in main event, that he would take Australasian Title in tournamnet and that she had a surprise for Bombshell Bo later in the card.
– AWF School of Wrestling trainees debuted in a scientific bout. About 7 minutes in Ahmed Iblis charged the ring and gave a chokeslam and black hole slam to the debutons. Iblis challenged anyone on AWF roster for upcoming events.
– In the women’s 3 way bout, Harley Wonderland and Aroura joined forces in the end, with Bo being slammed hard leading to her defeat. After the bout Wonderland announced Aroura was now part of the Freakshow and while the two stretched out Bo, Q entered and was about to splash her. TNT and Powerhouse Theo entered and saved Bo and the Freakshow fled. Bo suffered an injured elbow and had to go to the hospital and may miss upcoming events.
– Rob Best was denied the Young Lion’s Championship as Bathory sprayed a blood like substance in his face leading to the disqualification. Bathory continues to do anything to keep his title.
– In the fan favourites tag bout, Billy Flyswat used a sneaky tactic by removing the corner pad from the top turnbuckle and ramming Spaceboy in for the roll up. Max Comic seemed a little surprised by the tactics of his partner.
– Traffic contolled the deranged Rigga Mortis with a traffic sign and good wrestling tactics to score victory.
– In the main event there was much atmosphere and intensity. After Jay hit a big splash, Massive Q came to the ring and referee Tony Kebab was pulled to the floor and bundled under the ring. As the action continued second referee Ethan McKay entered and then Q charged Coles and Wonderland mounted Theo’s back and chaos ensued with Coles and Theo fighting off the Freakshow and the whole locker room entering to break things up. The bout was ruled a no contest and many of the fans called for a rematch. Both Theo and Coles raised each others hand.
– An enraged Powerhouse Theo attempted to charge Q backstage and all hell was set to break loose but the two were broken up.

Break Out Parramatta
Sat 12 September, 2009
Parramatta PCYC
Parramatta, NSW

Results:
Adam Hoffman b Grant Linstrom, Zander Bathory & Rigga Mortis b Trainees Joel & Ethan, Rd 1 Australasian Tournament Bout: Iron Jay Coles b Jay Law, Max Comic b Billy Flyswat, Rob Best & Mighty Mel b Massive Q & Harley Wonderland, Commonwealth Title: Powerhouse Theo b Spaceboy Dacey

Show Notes:
– TNT introduced the show, and then bought out Bombshell Bo as special ring announcer to start the evening.
– ?The Aerialist? Adam Hoffman impressed against newcomer Grant Linstrom, overcoming the rookie with a perfect shooting star press for the win.
– Alison Wonderland led Rigga Mortis & Zander Bathory to the ring and challenged for any tag team to take them out. After no challenge was accepted two of the AWF School of Wrestling trainees who were ringside helping with the event stood up and challenged. Joel & Ethan made their debuts. The match was accepted and the trainees tried hard, but were no match for the brutality of the Freakshow. After the bout the Freaks continued to beat on the rookies until TNT and Bombshell Bo entered with belts to clear them out.
– Iron Jay and Jay Law had a fantastic athletic contest with many back and forth near falls, but in the end Coles was to strong, scoring with his No Refunds fireman’s press for the win and advancement to the second round of the Australasian Championship Tournament.
– After intermission it was the Tag Partners Friendly Bout. Detonation Crew partner TNT entered at the start and added that this bout was an Australasian Title tournament qualifier. After an even bout, Max Comic defeated Billy Flyswat in a fun battle of tag team partners. Billy was a little riled up at the conclusion of the bout and TNT and Bo had to console him, but all was good in the end.
– Rob ?The Scientist? announced his mystery partner as the debuting ?Mighty Mel? who entered enthusiasticly with much crowd support. Early in the bout Wonderland stole the Scientists test tube, but Mel managed to get it back and drunk it, running wild, eventually leading to Rob assisting with a wheelbarrow into a pin on Wonderland for the victory.
– Main event was pumped up from the opening bell with both fan favourites having their supporters vocally chearing them on. Both Theo & Spaceboy exchange technical holds early, but it soon turned into a high impact bout with hard hitting action and many near falls. Spaceboy almost scored with a big gore, but telegraphed it and eventually it lead to The hitting The Powerbomb and getting the win. After the bout Theo touted Dacey as the most improved in AWF and a true representation of what the Break Out Tour epitamised. A great main event which embodied the fighting spirit of AWF.
– AWF would like to thank our vocal and passionate fans at this event for really creating a fantastic atmosphere for the show, and congratulations go to our debuting wrestlers Ethan McKay, Joel Fullerton & Mighty Mel. We wish you success! Thanks for making it another great AWF event!

Break Out Mt Druitt
Fri 25 September, 2009
Mt Druitt PCYC

Results:
Rockefellar b Grant Linstrom, Spaceboy Dacey b Dean Draven, Rd 1 Australasian Tournament Bout: Massive Q b Traffic, Iron Jay Coles, Billy Flyswat & Max Comic b Zander Bathory, Toxin & Rigga Mortis, Adam Hoffman NC Mick Moretti, Harley Wonderland b Mighty Mel, Commonwealth Title: Powerhouse Theo b Adam Danzig

Show Notes:
– Kieran Burns introduced the show, and then bought out Bombshell Bo to help with proceedings.
– Rockafellar opened up complaining he didn?t have opponent and said he would be forming his own group. He challenged anyone in back and Grant Linstrom challenged, but fell short.
– Spaceboy Dacey scored perhaps the biggest win of his career defeating former AWF Champion returning to action, Dean Draven with the ?Space Destroyer?.
– Massive Q advanced to Round 2 of Australasian Title Tournament defeating Traffic with a big splash in a heated battle of the big men.
– Iron Jay avenged Bathory’s attack at the last Mt Druitt event by pinning him with a splash off the top rope. During the 6 man Flyswat and Comic had a miscommunication, but managed to work back together on the way to victory.
– Adam Hoffman & Mick Morretti had a fantastic athletic bout, which was ended when Zander Bathory & Harley Wonderland interfered, stopping Hoffman on the top rope, then attacking Moretti. Hoff and Mint however fought Bathory off leaving Wonderland open for Mighty Mel to charge in and jump start the next bout.
– Mighty Mel was energetic, but in the end Wonderlands experience and dirty tactic were too much for the smaller Mel as she succumbed to a sit down goard buster.
– Powerhouse Theo and Adam Danzig had a great back and forth main event. Danzig tried to hit a spinning DDT from the ropes many times, finally scoring, but was too close to the ropes. In the end Theo was too much scoring with the last powerbomb for the victory.
– Next local events are 9 October at The Cube in Campbelltown, followed by Parramatta PCYC on 17 October.

– Tag Team Champions The Gosford Giddyups have had some mild disenction in recent bouts, climaxing at Parramatta on 12 Sept when the two faced off for a qualifying bout for the Australasian Championship Tournament. After Comic scored the win, Flyswat was not happy and wanted to continue things. TNT and Bombshell Bo entered the ring and calmed the situation. – Since last time many students from the AWF School have made show cameo appearances including Joel Fullerton & Ethan McKay in tag action, Jesse Williamson in singles, and Aaron Parker Paul Gaelic & Shane Herbert and as referees. These trainees, plus the rest of the crew have been busting their butts, and with their work ethic it will only be a matter of time until we see more of these guys along with the previously appearing Chris Goode, plus guys like Maximum Chris, Rob Madeddu, Selene and many others.

– UK’s Adam Danzig will compete on October AWF events. The wild and ready Danzig put in a strong effort for the Commonwealth Title on 25 Sept, narrowly being defeated by Powerhouse Theo. He says he has his sights sets on taking out AWF fan favourites Iron Jay and Adam Hoffman at upcoming events.

– Spaceboy Dacey has been on a roll with it almost culminating in him winning the Commonwealth Title on 12 Sept at Parra PCYC. It was one of the most heated bouts of the year, with Theo’s recent big match experience being too much. However on 25 Sept, Dacey bounced back at Mt Druitt and defeated the returning former AWF Champion Dean Draven with his ?Space Destroyer?. Spaceboy will team with Rob ?The Scientist? on upcoming shows and represent NSW against Kris Taylor of SA in Elizabeth East, SA on 16 Oct.
