OVW CONTEST DETAILS REVEALED
WHAT: With a very successful WWE Tryout behind us, Ohio Valley Wrestling announces details on its highly anticipated ?So You Want to be a Wrestler?? contest. The Grand Prize is a One Year Scholarship to Ohio Valley Wrestling’s School of Professional Wrestling for the top male and the top female contestants.
The contest will consist of a special eight week training course at OVW’s School of Professional Wrestling in Louisville, KY, and will be filmed as a real-life story of aspiring professional wrestlers. Winners will be selected at the completion of the training course and all corresponding challenges.
WHEN: The ?So You Want to be a Wrestler?? tryouts will be held on Saturday, May 8th 2010. There is a $25 registration fee to enter this contest. All contestants will receive a chance to be selected as a finalist, a one-on-one interview with OVW officials, and a limited edition souvenir T-Shirt commemorating the experience.
If you are selected as a finalist on May 8th, 2010, you must either currently reside in or be willing and able to relocate to the Louisville Metro Area by June 1st, 2010.
