At Monday’s AAA TV Taping legendary luchador, El Hijo del Santo, made his return to the company for the first time since 1995! Santo has worked a few spot/house shows in the past but has not competed in AAA in well over a decade. Santo was one of the first major lucha stars to jump to AAA in it’s early days. Santo stated in his in-ring speech that he had returned to AAA to help bring back the company to Antonio Pena’s family. Santo is the third member of Team AAA (joining La Parka Jr. & Octagon) of 5 to be announced for next month’s huge TripleMania show which will feature the Main Event Domed Cage Match of Joaquin Roldan’s Team AAA facing Konnan’s La Legion with ownership of the company on the line!
